| Well I finally did it, I have left the world of PC and went out and bought a Macbook. So far I like it. However, I haven't really played around with it that much. I will let you know how much I like it in a couple of days.
As far as me, things are good. 2 Jobs is tough, but it helped me afford a mac so thats good. Fiesta is in full swing here at San Antonio. Tomorrow I am going to the river boat parade downtown with work. We are taking all the kids at the children's home. It will be good because I have never been to one. They are also taking them to the Battle of Flowers Parade on Friday but I can't go because I work at my other job that day. Oh well.
Now the bad news. The Spurs lost game one of the play offs, not good! The good news... LA Lakers lost game one The ambiguous news... Dallas Mavericks are tied 38 to 38 right now. I am to tired to stay awake and figure out who wins so let me just say GREAT if Dallas Loses!!! Horrible if Dallas wins. We shall see tomorrow. | | |
| Well, I hope you had a Happy Easter. Mine went pretty well. I spent the morning with my family visiting my grandmother in the hospital. We had our own church service. It was pleasant. I also got my tivo working. I got it for my Birthday last month, and finally got it working. That was well worth it cuz I recorded the Amazing Race without having to fight my vcr for 30 minutes just to set it to record. ITS WORTH IT. Next goal... save up for a new laptop. I am getting a macbook! Almost there | | |
| Well, finally I have news. First, I officially have a job. Its not my dream job, but I am excited about it. I will be working as a relief house parent for Boysville Inc. I start training Monday. It is going to be a good job. Second, I have officially been accepted into the Graduate Program at UT Arlington. I am still waiting to hear from University of Houston, but at least I got into one. I am not sure where I want to go just yet. On another note, I head off to Marshall tomorrow. I am going to catch up with friends. Well until next time... | | |
| Well, I got the job, however I decided to turn it down. The pay was just horrible. I mean come on. I can make more money waiting tables part time than what they were offering for the amount of hours plus mandatory overtime without being paid the overtime. So yeah... its not gonna happen. | | |
| Well, I finally got an interview tomorrow. Now lets see if I can finally get a job. | | |
